Based on discussion start with INC6105961 :
in italy we have 2 BLT train , one via piacenza and 1 via verona

There is not fixed rule that we can assign to optmizer logic
Cargo split is decided by dispatcher based on vendor availability so we are asking to display route option (when there are more than one) to select before planning via optimizer.

So that we can select the required rail terminal.

Righ now we are waiting at least manual workaround that should be temporary and anyway to be agreed before proceed to use sap i/o mets
