CUSTOMER NOMINATED RATES WORKLIST VIEW

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Manual overridden vendor:

As country we have around 2900 customer nominated rates (18% of the rates)
So Dispatcher should see which kind of charges applied at FRO level in order to understand if fro has customer nominated rates that means that vendor or depot should not be changed by him

As per policies dispatcher should reduce manual overridden vendor and this is well know but there can be different reason why they need to overridden it therefore in order to avoid when customer nominated rates has been applied we have below request:

• add an indicator in Fro worklist ( a column like Y/N as it is for DG/OOG for example)

• a pop up warning that appears in case dispatcher try to change carrier manually if customern nominated rates is applied so dispatcher could evaluate and validate carrier amendment
