Column that will appear in FRO Worklist and allow for 'Additional Relevant Information'. In Landside it is vital that we have a clear understanding of hand-off from Chennai to Charlotte for escalation purposes. We are using 'Internal Notes' tab and column in FRO worklist to mark exception and isolate exactly what orders need to be managed by the CLT Dispatch team. For continuity purposes, we cannot afford to have our dispatchers editing behind on a note that has been clarified as 'Exception' in the Internal Note section. |
How frequently would you use this improvement? |
Very often. Most all notes relevant to dispatch are system/operationally oriented and are generally applied in bulk by an identifier such as a BOL or port/rail location. |
How should it work? |
Can we have additional free text column in TMS that will show in worklist that will allow for additional notes to be uploaded to TMS for reference purposes? |

Looking to modify the above request to something that would be more manageable for handoff with the NAM teams. We are wanting is a check box that can manually updated and time stamped to be tracked through the FRO Worklist and would denote that a box was marked as ‘Exception’.
The 'Internal Notes' option is already existing for free text but it's limitation is in that it can be manipulated and changed, therefore we cannot isolate this in the worklist view due to mismatched criteria. We want something more user-friendly like a check box, that can serve as a time-stamped indicator that the FRO needs assistance from the CLT team due to exception factors, such as no rate in the lane, or proximity to cutoff, LFD, etc.
