Reset Charges

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

There are scenario in which charges is in MRE but the same is Not reflected due to interface issue to sap tm
The only way to have charges correct is to use
Reset Charges


Action can be done only at fro level

Italy requirements is to have this option in bulk

    Talking to tech team I understand reset may remove manually added charges which I believe not what we want if we allow bulk reset. would you be able to share excel file of typical orders you need to reset so we can come up with some rules to limit for example to base rate or contractual rates?

    as we are automating as much as possible rates maintenance. I am interested to understand more about the volume of 150 containers/week? would it be possible to share examples? and the characteristics of this volume?

    Reset is different from Recalculate
    pls find "Reset button" at FRO level

    @Hichem Tlemsani is this something considered as part of the mass update of charges. Beleive this item is with in the SD-PE scope.

    is still valid becuse when Reset Charges is required can not be done in bulk
