Change document in fro or fwo use codes/ description that are not user friendly
FRO change documents when fro is not more linked to fwo is not clear if this is happened due to delivery failure action or due to fwo cancellation
change by doesnt shows from which system amend come ( mds. gcss, user, Mre ?)

FWO change documents often shows partially planned / planned but is not clear at which CU is referring

Moreover also other line is not user friendly for end user
