Charge/cost adding direct in FRO worklist

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

it would save dispatchers from having to open each FRO manually to add a cost, if we could just add directly from FRO worklist or CCA. this would save several hours per week for dispatchers

How frequently would you use this improvement?

Daily, in same time as we handle cost approval/ corrections etc.

How should it work?

we should just have an extra tab i FRO worklist or CCA, with "ADD charge" and then be able to select ex. trailerhire, and then add amount direct from worklist, without having to open each FRO - of course reason code should still be added in same go
