Customer booking and visibility

TMS should link to a portal where the customers can do the following:

  • Book an intermodal service

  • Follow up on the progress of each service

  • Generate reports of the services and invoices

  • Access digital documents of the service: POD, invoices, photos

  • Attach files

    The above services are not to be provided by TMS, such functionalities are provided respectively by:

    • the booking platforms (SSIB, SSDO) via maersk.com;

    • landside visibility and service now

    • SAP Analytics

    • Supplier Connect
