as of now, dispatchers have to go in one FRO at a time and copy/paste Seal number to an excel sheet or do the same exercise in COMET, which is very time consuming, as they sometimes have to do for a list of hundreds of bookings and provide to vendor. it would save hours, if they were able to just extract list direct from FRO worklist |

Dispatchers in NDC would use several times a week for especially rail shipments |
How should it work? |
we simply need a colum possible to add in query in FRO worklist, that shows the SEAL numbers for the booking, so it can be included in and excel extract from TMS |
in addition,
it would helpful not only to see the Sealnumber for Containers in the Queries, but also the PIN Number for Releasing Containers.
As long as at Ports Pins are used, to pick up Containers, it would be helpfull to add them on the overview of the Queries. Dispatchers can than easily identify the Numbers and can provide them to Vendors if needed in bulk and also in excel sheets.
