We would first of all, remove alot of unsatisfied customers and CX colleagues, when we dont deliver as booked, and increase our trust furthermore if would provide dispatchers with the security of information if in fact something is not flowing through to vendors and we will not need a BAU team to monitor daily |

I imagine it could simply be a warning/block in left low corner as normal if any FRO is not generated corretly |
