Atm, we communicate daily back and forth with CX on huge amount on extra cost or updating through leakage sheet etc, to avoid or minimize any potential leakage of cost. if we got a feature, that would auto trigger charge in GCSS, once cost has been approved in TMS, would make a huge impact. not that cost should be auto charge in GCSS, but CX should at least get a task they need to react on. this would minimze any potentiel leakage significantly |

When an additional cost in TMS have been approved, it should trigger a task in GCSS reflecting an extra cost and CX to act if it should be charged or approved |

Hi @Guest this is a cross-platform initiative, and we need to make sure the to-be process is agreed E2E between OTC and SD. It will require development both in TMS and GCSS, therefore we need this to be added to their roadmap as part of the OP process. There are ongoing discussions with OHP and OTC about a reverse interface with GCSS. I will keep you posted whenever there is any progress in this regard. Thank you!
