Approved charges in TMS to trigger cost/charge in GCSS

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Atm, we communicate daily back and forth with CX on huge amount on extra cost or updating through leakage sheet etc, to avoid or minimize any potential leakage of cost. if we got a feature, that would auto trigger charge in GCSS, once cost has been approved in TMS, would make a huge impact. not that cost should be auto charge in GCSS, but CX should at least get a task they need to react on. this would minimze any potentiel leakage significantly

Daily by all countries in NDC and potentially globally

How should it work?

When an additional cost in TMS have been approved, it should trigger a task in GCSS reflecting an extra cost and CX to act if it should be charged or approved
