at the moment, discpatchers are not able to see in an easy way which of their colleagues have handled the order, so i cant be difficult to know who to reach out to for daily questions or if dispute handling. if we easily could see who handled the specific booking, dispatchers could easy and quick divert tasks to each other |

just User ID shown either in a colum in the TMS query or some visible box we can filter for in FRO worklist and CCDA, hopefully more tools like CCA aswell etc. |
Thanks @Guest There is an option to add note to the dispute document to capture the name of the person or user ID who is working on the case. at the moment the assumption of dispute process that any dispatcher of a specific country can work on any case without further constraints or assignment
you can also use the last modified field in the dispute document too
