When the business cancellation status is "Canceled", the life cycle will be turned to "Completed" to avoid the pending in outstanding report. If the futile charge incurred, it should be updated in SupplierConnect and the LC turn to "In process" again until the charge is handled (approve/reject). Else, the LC must be completed right the time the total charge turn to 0. |
