It should work as an indicator in the FRO/FWO worklist OR it should be built into the criteria maintenance of the FWO/FRO worklist so that a query can be built to isolate it. |
Hi @Guest before we move on we any development this requires first of all a process alignment and a clear ownership between Landiside and Ocean, I would suggest you reach out to FPOs to clarify the expected process here. @Ben Black perhaps you can help here. Also, Emily, could you please articulate more about how you expect this to help us improve the customer experience? Why would you have such an indicator in TMS rather than the upstream order handling systems? Thank you!
