To check customer address, dispatcher needs to open the FRO individually. Instead, the dispatcher can work more effectively from the FRO worklist and for that we need the customer address to be visible in this view. With this dispatcher could save about 1 min per order in NCAM vol. 1600 orders per week. |

Hi @Guest We haven't forgotten about you! Our current focus is on our Guided User Journey dashboard which is consuming our technical capacity at current. I will discuss this idea with my team to determine when it can be prioritized (along with others) and reply back in due course. Thanks.
