We have noticed an important amount of mismatches between SC and TMS. The mismatches are mainly highlighted by the supplier to the dispatcher whenever the supplier wants to invoice but the order status is not yet Ready for Invoice. Instead of waiting for the vendor to complain, issues could be solved proactively if the SC status is visible in TMS. |

By making SC order status available in TMS worklist, dispatchers will identify faster SC status issues and fix them applying the necessary action. As a result, vendors will be able to invoice faster and will raise less complains on supplier connect. |
