What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction? |
Currently at least 3 vendors per month in GT, SV, HN, NI attempt to send invoices from unregistered email addresses. Once this deviation is detected, VRM team has to discuss this with vendor to persuade them to use already registered addresses or to concede the usage of a new email address but telling vendor they need to minimize this type of changes. A ticket needs to be raised, then TECH support team are frequently delayed to attend the request. This takes workload of at least two teams of about 1 hour per email address registration on the amount of follow up this requires. Instead we want the vendor to do self service and to autoregister email addresses for invoice emission in supplier connect and this to automatically update IES |
How frequently would you use this improvement? |
Weekly. Whenever a vendor requires to change their email addresses for invoice emission. |
How should it work? |
The vendor should have a functionality that will warn them that they can only invoice using registered email addresses. The functionality should provide the vendor visibility of which are the registered email addresses for them. The functionality should also allow them to edit, add or remove vendor email addresess. |
