It will save dispatchers time in having to loop in NAM.execution and advise vendors to not e-mail their personal e-mail. Making the change noted below, will provide internal teams visibilty on the issues vendor's reply to rather than just dispatchers. |

Currenlty, when rejecting a dispute, an automated e-mail gets send to the vendors. The e-mail of the dispatcher that rejects the dispute will be put in CC for each dispute. In NAM, we discourage looping in dispatchers e-mails to vendor or customer communication and encourage to only use NAM.Execution@lns.maersk.com - |
