Remove dispatcher e-mail and update automated message send after Dispute rejection

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

It will save dispatchers time in having to loop in NAM.execution and advise vendors to not e-mail their personal e-mail. Making the change noted below, will provide internal teams visibilty on the issues vendor's reply to rather than just dispatchers.

How should it work?

Currenlty, when rejecting a dispute, an automated e-mail gets send to the vendors. The e-mail of the dispatcher that rejects the dispute will be put in CC for each dispute. In NAM, we discourage looping in dispatchers e-mails to vendor or customer communication and encourage to only use NAM.Execution@lns.maersk.com -
We should:
- remove the dispathchers e-mail from CC.
- On the e-mail add a message stating: For any questions or concerns, please reach out to NAM.EXECUTION@lns.maersk.com
