This would eliminate additional communications with vendors to explain reason for dispute. Currently the dispute notification sent to vendor is very broad and requires dispatcher to communicate to vendor to explain why the invoice was rejected. |

In TMS, there should be a free text field allowing the dispatcher to explain in local language reason for dispute and recommendation to reduce this type of disputes in the future. The content provided by dispatcher should be included in the dispute rejection notification sent to vendor. |
The worklist involved would be the dispute worklist.
However, i think we need to allow for a comment in the window where we open the dispute itself in order to be able to add a comment for the vendor to receive once the notification is sent.
