Keep notes every time a dispatcher change a vendor |
-Adding Notes for each amendment - When dispatcher applies a manual change, it would be great if he/she could keep also some notes regarding this change before saving it. For instance, let's say I apply 03 - Optimizer selected wrong Vendor, and the root cause for this change is an Incident I have already raised. In that case I might not be able to provide the exact reason for this manual change after 2 weeks. The Idea is to add a field with Notes for Dispatchers.
