Similar to sharing queries, I'd like to choose a recipient and share my custom view with that colleague. |

Sharing view functionality is already available in TMS in similar fashion as sharing queries, although you would have to save the view as a shareable one.
Do this by using "Save as.." on your private query - when saving as, you'll select Share View - Group - Add users. This view is now common between the users mentioned. You can add more users to same view if you so wish.
Keep in mind, any changes done by anyone in this Group View, will be changed for everyone.
