Auto STV FRO based on changed after sending RPU

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

This would reduce work on dispatchers to resend orders manually, reduce vendor emails with requests and utimately freeing up their time to action other tasks.

How should it work?

System should automatically resend a FRO when Rail pick up number gets added to the FRO. This will get the RPU quicker to the vendors. Currenlty when RPU becomes available on times dispatchers are not working (evening,weekends), it will delay the delivery time. In some locations, LFD can be the day after off rail and we do not have the time to wait for manual input from dispatchers.
