BS/TAL Alert for Deletion and Expiration Heads up

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

For 2025 Q1, CAC team had already 5 cases of BS and / or TAL expirations and incorrect deletions. The impact is that there is an operational disruption and KPI impact on vendor selection as the business requirements are unexpectedly changed. This feature will provide further visibility to PROC team on the changes done in the system ensuring that the system updates match business requirement

Every time there is any changes in the BS and TAL configurations

How should it work?

System to send an automatic alert to PROC users assigned to a specific country under any of the following conditions: 1. The BS and/or TAL set up is one week away from expiration. The email will notify the user of all the BS / TAL trade lanes that do not have an entry updated in this system. If the BS/TAL is no longer needed, PROC team will not take any action and the message will serve as confirmation that the system will no longer consider a previous set up. However, if PROC team intends to continue the BS / TAL configuration, then this will provide enough time to PROC to raise ticket if needed or directly self service a BS / TAL extension towards a new date. 2. The BS and/or TAL set up is deleted or updated. The email will notify the PROC user of any configuration done for the BS/TAL. This will reconfirm to the PROC team if the BAU team correctly completed the requirement. Also, it may alert PROC team of any incorrect deletions in the BS / TAL configuration as we have seen recently in CAC
