To include departure date for Blocktrain carrier in Supplier Connect

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Dispatchers: Saving time to assist Blocktrain carriers (paid by total amount of the train one way) in reviewing the Trains /FROS per Train by checking SAP TMS vs SC. At this time carrier is checking by CAD and this one is vessel ETA or other.

Finance teams or others: Allows finance team to check what are FROS per Train without asking assistance to the Dispatcher team to consult in SAP TMS.

Everytime that blocktrain carrier needs to invoice or if a dispute is raised to assist a finance colleague

How should it work?

Add a departure date column (from SAP TMS) to supplier connect for Blocktrain carriers. For Blocktrain in SAP TMS, dispatcher needs to choose a departure date that is not being interfaced to supplier connect.
