Add GEO/RKST codes in the FRO stages tab

With having these RKST codes in TMS, we can eliminate having to use GCSS for each rate we search, which could reduce several minutes on searching 1 single rate.

How should it work?

The Stages tab in the FRO worklist should reflect the RKST codes of the stage. Currenlty we only see the TMS codes such as " US_OP_00000167" rather than USNWKMT. in MRE, we only have the RKST codes, rather than the TMS codes. In order for us to valdate a rate in MRE, we need to go to GCSS to find the RKST codes - only then we are able to use MRE.
