Current situation is that we are searching a FWO or a FRO and when need to search a new one, need to go to Home page and select again Display Tiles. |

Every day in daily operations, when dispatchers receive a call from a vendor with a specific FRO number or in contact with OTCX/ CX teams need to search for FWO number |
How should it work? |
Should be able to return to Display tile and insert a new FWO / FRO to search for instead of choosing again Display Tile from HOME page |
