ACC Charges- # of Days Visibility in SC

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

it would save dispatchers a tremendous amount of time auditing ACC charges. Currently, the carrier can request specific charges such as trailer hire for blank amount of days. After they submit, they do not see in SC how many days were actually requested. This puts the burden on landside/dispatch to confirm they entered the correct # of days.

in the cost request log, it should state somewhere "# of days requested" and list the amount of days the charge was submitted for
