it would save dispatchers a tremendous amount of time auditing ACC charges. Currently, the carrier can request specific charges such as trailer hire for blank amount of days. After they submit, they do not see in SC how many days were actually requested. This puts the burden on landside/dispatch to confirm they entered the correct # of days. |
