Automate FRO Life cycle status to completed

How should it work?

FRO's that are manually changed from 'Completed' to 'In Progress' should automatically move back to 'Completed' after X days if FSD is in place. Often, dispatchers will move a FRO to 'In progress' to troubleshoot but do not move them back to completed. This leads to thousands of FROs that are executed, have an FSD but LC to be in progress.
