The process of resending a FRO to a vendor when rejected due to no response should be simplified. Currently, dispatchers need to remove the vendor, save, then add them back in to resend the same FRO to the same vendor. For spot procurement, this even requires another approval from procurement. There should be a simplified way to reduce steps of sending order back to the vendor. |
Hi @Olga Szczepka , looking back at my idea raised - this may be a 2-part request.
1. we need a simplified way to resend any rejected order to the same vendor.
2. we need the process of spot procurement to be changed for rejected FROs. Currently, we need to perform spot procurement again and have procurement approve again in order to resend the order - this seems to be unnecessary double work for the team.
