How should it work?

The process of resending a FRO to a vendor when rejected due to no response should be simplified. Currently, dispatchers need to remove the vendor, save, then add them back in to resend the same FRO to the same vendor. For spot procurement, this even requires another approval from procurement. There should be a simplified way to reduce steps of sending order back to the vendor.
