Saves a lot of time for dispatchers. Currently when we have calculation errors (net amount zero and with charges) it requires dispatchers to find the RKST codes in GCSS, to then find the rate and expiration date in MRE, for then to figure out why a rate may have fallen out of the FRO. |

How should it work? |
We should show the Rate expiration date in the FRO and FRO worklist. Currently we can see rate information in the carrier ranking in the Subcontracting tab, but this does not show an expiration date. If dispatchers can view the expiration date in TMS, we can action FROs with calculation errors a lot quicker. |
