Mass change of charge type/charge approval reason

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Being able to mass change wrongly added charge types or approvals would decrease the need to do so on a individual FRO level. This would increase output on corrections and therefore efficiency.

How frequently would you use this improvement?

Couple times per week, maybe slightly less.

How should it work?

Within the CCA, there's an option to change the charge amounts while still pending approval. Similar to that, you could change the charge coding. If already approved, maybe a separate section to view those and mass change approval reasoning.
