This can improve customers experience and reduce manual efforts on dispatchers end. Often the customer requests a POD and landside will need to reach out to the carrier. It will save time if the dispatcher can trigger this request directly from TMS and for the document to be provided there. |

How should it work? |
There should be an option in TMS where we 'request' the POD from the carriers. This could be in the form of an automated message requesting the POD. the trucker can then provide the POD through that e-mail or SupplierConnect, which would flow to TMS. |
