Ow import set a distance/time limit on ER determination in order to avoid OW with empty return far over customer location

Logic shared by business .Trip type should be update as OW based on the below
App time is within 1129 am ( FPO/PPO : Current solution already considers it )
ow is cheaper than rt ( FPO/PPO : Current solution already considers it )
if this give chance to trucker to use the truck for another positioning on same date ( FPO/PPO : Not feasible for the system determine if the same truck can execute another move)
if app is early morning but in order to reach ER it takes rest of the day we cannot consider is as ow- ( FPO/PPO : Complex logic to implement )
@angela can you please share the locations for which you want the depot determination to be changed.
Could you also share how often you see need to make these chnages in the system
