Manual workaround:
Mass scheduling not working as it should, in case one is blocked then whole scheduling doesn’t work . As far as i know should be already under SAP 567 but not aware about eta
As dispatcher i would have the chance to select more than one fro click on command scheduling (that is required anytime there is a conflict status) and in case some fro can not be scheduled at least action is done on fro in which scheduling is feasible and same times recieve warnng with fro that can not be scheduled
user effected 17
container per week 50
time (minutes) spent by Dispatcher ( on current process 1 min/fro
FTE IMPACT 0,02 daily
Feature will be reviewed during the Italy retro fit to global solution . Feature SAP-662 is created to handle the Italy retro fit .
Based on the OP outcome the Italy retro fit to global template will be either done in 2025 or 2026
Hi Angela,
This issue will be resolved once we retrofit Italy to the global template. We've attached a document to help you work around the problem in the meantime.
Please note that amendments to the global template are currently being redesigned, and incorporating the new changes will require significant effort, ranging from large to extra-large features, particularly in testing and might disturb the current solution that fit global template.

krishna
hi Angela
let's clarify what is the need here. Could you please outline using following format:
As a Dispatcher, I want [..what..], so that [..goal..]
please replace the [..what..] and the [.. goal..] with your own words indicating what is the need and the reason for it. And please add quantifications as follows:
# of users affected
# of containers affected per week
time (minutes) spent by Dispatcher (or another role) on current process
USD opportunity lost in triangulation cost savings/other optimisation of direct transport cost
