This is a first step in implementing user feedback tool .
As a disptcher I want to have possibility to give my feedback on the system and functionality I use for my work so that system can be improved in the future.
Acceptance criteria:
I want the feedback survey to be availble to me on the front Dasbord when I log in.
I want the survey to appear only when I need to fill it in. and disappear when no need for feedback
Add user notification to FLP
Add tile for Feedback form
Call existing forms (MSFT )
Collect feedback to excel.
Further in the future: I want the feedback to be able to be collected any time I want. the feedback tool must exist on each Tile (section of my work)
If a direct survey is to be published we can always use the Enable Now In app Help: Announcement (pop-up) to deliver the survey direct to the users in Landside TMS. That way we should get more surveys completed.
No evidence the feedback on SAP TM will improve the overall user measure
