Decoupling + Sideloader services not always coming in from GCSS due to XYZ reason. In cases where service is missing in TM add a button to FRO worklist "add service" to quickly enable dispatchers to add services and recalculate FROs accordingly to capture service costs.
Agreed and we have identified a need to do so
First we would like to put in place a set of KPI with OTC team to measure the progress and target to improve the quality of VAS coming through GCSS
