Hi Team. we would like the possibility to get a quick button/option to send shipment related info to vendors/clients/colleagues. like attached from Excel where we have the option to get docs loaded into a mail asap.
This will help us to very fast sent info to relevant stakeholders and ask them for further information or inform about delays, change in delivery etc.
right now we will have to open each shipment and go to "output management" and then open the freight order, download PDF and then attach to a mail and then sent it
above option will allow us to be more pro active and handle orders alot faster

This would make a great improvement on working out of TMS. We got the request from dispatchers to be able to send PDFs to e.g. Maersk Customs or other recipients at the vendor side, that are usually not part of the vendor communication. Having the option to directly forward the PDFs from the Output Management or create a doc with all relevant information as suggested by Sebastian would be very benefitial and save the time of saving the PDF and attaching it to a mail from Outlook or Case Management.
