Reason code for change with free text addition

It would be useful to add to standard list of reason codes used for various changes classification code for reason "Other" when exact reason not covered by standard lists can be specified in text field. This reason can be audited separately to prevent excessive usage, but it will help to pinpoint actual reasons in case when generalized ones are not exact enough.
