Requestor's name added as a column in CCA Worklist

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Ability for SAP TM user to quickly identify who has applied a charge through the CCA worklist. Will largely be utilized by Procurement focals (but not limited to Procurement) if there is any reservation with spot procurement rates that are pending approval - they can reach out to the desk owner who applied a spot rate for approval.
