Split up Changed field to 2 different fields

Reducement in dispatching time, better visibilty and better actioning of changes/amendments which will save us cost in demurrage/storage.

How should it work?

Changed field should be split up in two different fields. One should show all changed fields that only require a 're-sent' and one should show all changed fields where we need to take action. Currently the changed field can show 10 different changes and it is not clear what needs to be done. This often result in dispatchers not taking aciton or the wrong action.
